- Share your user id with us. (How Can I Find My User ID)
- Be specific. Try to avoid simply saying "Help" or It's not working" Describe what you are experiencing and what you are attempting to do in the game. We'd like to know exactly what is happening so we can better address your issue.
- Provide as much relevant information as you can. Does the issue occur all of the time? Does it only in a specific area or when you use a specific controller? When did the issue begin?
- If you receive an error message, send us the exact error message or better yet a screenshot of the message.
- Describe the steps you are taking when you experience this issue? Screenshots can been helpful here too.
- Share your system specs with us. Things like operating system, memory, processor and tell us what type of connection you are using.
- Let us know what troubleshooting steps you have tried prior to contacting us.
- Be patient with us. We may ask additional questions or ask you to perform simple troubleshooting steps to get a clearer picture of the issue.
